Our team of trained professionals will work with you to develop a personalized plan tailored to your unique needs and budget, ensuring that your home remains a safe and comfortable place for you and your loved ones.
RESIDENTIAL SERVICE AGREEMENT

INITIAL SERVICE
Includes:
• Installation of 3 rodent bait stations
• Exterior exclusion to prevent rodents from entering homes
• Exterior knockdown of spider webs
• Exterior perimeter spray
• Exterior granule treatment
QUARTERLY SERVICE
After the Initial Service, we stop by
Quarterly
Includes:
• Inspect & refill bait stations as needed
• Knock down of all exterior spider webs
• Treat entire exterior home
If you end up having any issues throughout the year no need to worry! All Service
Calls throughout the year are free & included within the Residential Service Agreement.
MOSQUITO SERVICE AGREEMENT

We spray anywhere between March and November. Long Island is a tricky place when it comes to mosquitos, ticks, and fleas. By spraying as soon as possible, we can stay ahead of the bugs, most specifically the ticks. By spraying into November, we try to make your backyard enjoyable through those last few weeks of nice weather.

Woody’s is flexible with when you want to start and when you want to end. We recommend that you sign up for our service agreement to make sure there are no gaps in your mosquito coverage.

We offer a satisfaction guarantee. After doing 2 treatments, if you are unhappy with the service we can provide you with a booster spray. If you are still unhappy, we can cancel you out of any program without penalty or send our property manager to inspect the property.

We have 2 spraying options. Our botanical spray (more natural option) repels mosquitos, ticks, and fleas. This spray lasts 14 days, therefore we schedule our customers to be sprayed every 2 weeks. Our synthetic spray both kills and repels mosquitos, ticks, and fleas and lasts 21 days, therefore we schedule our customers to be sprayed every 2 weeks.
